Ive heard many avid gamers talk about testing or tweaking their RAM with
memtest. Can anyone suggest a good memtest program that works well with win
XP?

Memtest is the name of the memory testing promgram. Usually known as
Memtest'86.

how do I know which one to download...I dont understand the formats..you can
choose from either;
pre compiled bootable ISO, binary, or package from floppy. I dont know
which is the right one. thanks for your help

Unzip the files and run the install file. This will create a bootable
floppy disk. Reboot your PC with the disk in the drive ... et voila!
