Computer Blue Screen of Death

Hey I have a problem with my new system. I built it and installed Windows 8 on it and everything seems to be working fine. I can play all my games on ultra and everything is every smooth. But I have one problem, whenever I render videos or do anything that uses a lot of RAM my computer BSOD. First I thought that is was faulty RAM so I went to my friends house to test it and it worked perfectly so I know that it's not the RAM. I tested my RAM for about 4 hours using MEMtest and it passed. But if I boot into windows 8 and use the Microsoft Ram diagnoses it says that my computer can't exchange information correctly and my computer crashes when I run Prime95. This whole thing is stressing me out I would love to see some answers.

RAM: Kingston Hyperx red edition
PSU:Coolermaster M2 800 watt
GPU:ATI 7950
OS:Windows 8 pro
Motherboard:asRock 970 extreme 4
SSD: Kingston Hyperx
HDD: WD 2tb black

Memtest only tests one stick. Did you do it for each stick? i.e. you only put one stick in at a time and test it. My guess is the first stick is fine but the 2nd one is faulty.
