I recently had a generic PC100 64mb DIMM RAM module go bad and am trying to get a warranty replacement. I don't know where I bought this module and there are no obvious clues on the DIMM itself. It is about 1 and 1/2 years old. The following is printed on each memory chip:

A warranty sticker on the other side says:
00693390
"Warranty Void if Removed"
Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of this module so I can see if it is still under warranty? I have scoured the net for any sites to help me identify to no avail.
