Hello everyone, I Have a question. I am looking to upgrade my graphics card with all the Christmas specials going on, so I really like the gtx 670's because I know that they are almost as good as the 680's and about $80 less! With that being said I currently have a Gtx 550ti and its just not that impressive so im looking to get a card that can max out almost all of the games with ease(I know metro 2033 is a pain to max) But you know the games like Ac3 Bf3 D3 WoW Skyrim Blackops2 etc. I am a very competative gamer so I want performance!

Specs: i7 2600
16gb ddr3 Ram
750w Gold seasonic Psu
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H Intel 7 Series
coolermaster Haf 922
1tb hdd 7200 Rpm

here is what i have narrowed it down to:

Any help is much appreciated

Your links are all dead...

That being said, the 670 is a good pick - I have one and it'll max out any FPS (save BF3, which requires a few settings lowered) at 120fps - most other games it does just as well with, and I have yet to see it fail to max any game at 60fps, with a mild overclock and, perhaps, such things as supersampling turned off.

That being said, I prefer EVGA due to their amazing warranty - the signature 2 or the real FTW are the cream of the crop. Other manufacturers have better coolers, but since the voltage is locked on Nvidia's cards anyways, I prefer having better service.

To be honest, everything spec wise matches up.. so whats the difference?

That galaxy one looks nice also, but i have never really seen galaxy as big as Evga etc, + apperantly the fan speeds get loud @ 55% ): And for some reason, the card looks like a really cheap built card.

Dont think im saying your wrong, thats just from my point of view(This is me buying my first card)

The second EVGA is a reference unit, that is, it has the standard blower type cooler that runs hotter and noisier than a custom cooler unit. Normally you don't want to purchase one of those.

The Galaxy has more reviews, all of them 5 of 5 stars and is $30 cheaper. That coupled to the warranty, seems to indicate it is worthy of attention.

Asus 670 TOP - 10.0 rating (only card ever to get a 10.0)

Gigabyte Windforce SC 670 - 9.8 rating

MSI Twin Frozr IV 670 - 9.7 rating

Palit Jetsteram 670 - 9.7 rating

Zotac AMP 670 - 9.6 rating

They didn't do the EVGA so.....

http://www.guru3d.com/article/evga-geforce-gtx-670-sc-review/23
EVGA SC Boost Clock is 1046 outta the box....stable at 1200 Mhz
EVGA SC gets 3DMark Score of 8691 outta the box and 9443 OC'd
Idle temp is 29C / load temp is 78C
Noise is 37 dBA Idle / 43 dBA under load

http://www.guru3d.com/article/asus-geforce-gtx-670-directcu-ii-top-review/23
Asus TOP Boost Clock is 1137 outta the box .... stable at 1280 Mhz
Asus gets 3DMark Score of 9340 outta the box and 9839 OC'd
Idle temp is 30C / load temp is 72C
Noise is 37 dBA Idle / 38 dBA under load

That makes the Asus 7% faster outta the box than the EVGA SC, 6C cooler and almost 1/4 as loud under load (every 3 dBA is a doubling of sound level). The FTW is slightly faster than the SC, leaving the Asus model w/ just a 5% performance advantage however when you look at other reviews
ASUS GTX 670 TOP = Silent.
MSI GTX 670 PE = Better Overclocking.

Pick which you care more about. Nothing is Perfect between any card. The reviews do not prove nothing as they all claim different results
