Ok I'm new to this but I have an idea of what I want but have no idea what to buy. I absolutely want to get the gtx 690. I'm asking for help for good brands and good prices. Also would newegg be a good site to purchase my parts?

I want a CPU that gets at least 3.2 ghz

A ssd 120 drive

500 or tbHd

Need help on what type of battery supply I'd need

At least 8gb of ram

Need help on what kind of motherboard I'd need.
- needs hdmi support
- 3.0 USB
Any other tips on what I should get on a motherboard.

If I need a sound card?

Any help would be appreciated I want this gaming pc to be beast but also not break the bank ( besides the GPU ) thanks.

My advice, research more.

Your looking at buying a card at the absolute top tier, and to me at least you don't seem to understand the basics.
Look around on Youtube, reviews and browse the forums for info, you will eventually build up your understanding.

Good place to start is NCIX Tech Tips, they have a video on literally everything and is where I learned most of what I know.
