Windows x64 Codec Pack recommendation

Hi people, i'm gathering to install a Codec Pack, and i'd really appreciate any suggestion on that matter. I downloaded the VLC player but still, it's neccesary, isn't it? Which are my options?

Installed K-Lite Codec Pack (first x32 and then x64 as recommended).

Does these codecs can have conflict with Realtek High Definition Audio (the ones installed for the MoBo) or not?

I don't think so I use K-lite for almost 6 years ...and MB is realtek HD Audio....do you have problem?

No, it's just that after installing K-Lite Codec and upgrading to the latest Realtek HD Audio driver, general sound volume seems a lower than before, lol. I don't know why... but if those of them has nothing to do with each other...

I use the mega-codec packs x86+x64 on various systems and never had an issue.

I use CCC codec pack, not had any problems at all.

Should i first update the Realtek HD Audio driver and then install the Codec pack, or viceversa? I've undone the installing before, because after that, my general volume DEFINETLY went down.

Shouldn't matter.

For me allways install all the driver before install other software..
