Hello,

I am new here and i never build a PC, but after several weeks of research i have chosen all parts.
So i'm thinking of:

CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: Asus GTX670 DCIIOG 2GB or Asus HD7970 DCIIT 3GB
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z77
PSU: Seasonic X850
Ram: G.Skill RipjawsZ 4x4GB F3 2133Mhz
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo
Case : NZXT Phantom 410 White
SSD: Crucial M4 64Gb
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster S24B300BL 23.6" LED Monitor 5ms
Optical drive: LITEON iHAS124, DVD±RW
Mouse: Razer Abyssus
Keyboard: Microsoft Sidewinder X4
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits

I am not a 5h/day gamer but i play games in a daily basis, i've been playing xbox360 since the launch and that thing is outdated and obsolete right now, just in comparison my Dual core Athlon X2 215 2.7Ghz supported by a HD6570 1GB ddr3 and 4.5GB ram is by far better than the xbox360 and it's a crappy pc.

So i want to now if this build could handle for 5+ years and if ithe components are balanced, i'm not a computer expert and a few weeks ago i never heard of 80% of the components in my build.

By the way i live in switzerland and the swiss franc = 1.079 dollars, almost the same value, and this build will cost me 1950CHF or 2100USD without the OS. My budget is 2000CHF or let's say 2200USD.

Thank's in advance and sorry if i mispell something.

For memory take Gskill Ares 1600MHz 2 4GB or 2*8GB set. 8GB is good for gaming.
16GB is overkill. Most of games do not use more than 4GB of memory.

Take 120GB SSD.Or bigger one. 60GB is too small.
Maybe a better cooler too. To make full benefit of you MoBo overclock ability.

Thank's for your reply,

As i said i want a PC for at least 5 years, that's why i chose 16GB Ram, i will use my pc for gaming but also for 3D render because i work in architecture i forgot to mention that.
The cooler was really the cheapest thing in the build i know and maybe the weakest link, i was thinking of the hydro H80 but if it leaks will damage all i am not sure if a liquid cooler is safe. But what would u sugest for a cpu cooler?

Thank's noob12

I like the cooler thermalright it looks awesome, and for the ssd 120GB the HDD 2TB and the PSU i will take your advice, for the ram i opted for the one you proposed G.Skill Ares but the 16Gb version. the mobo i really like the looks of the sabertooth even if it's overpriced.

Again thank's a lot for helping me.
