$8000 computer building budget.Need ideas on builds

i need to give my old dinosaur a rest and build a new Beast for ME to play around with like video games and video editing.

there are 2 roads or you to take... :p 

either get a kickass gaming pc for 2000$ or a disney pixar-style workstation with that money. why so much you ask? because 1 processor would cost as much as the gaming pc put together. or get a pseudo gaming/workstation pc which aint amazing at either but can do both fairly well.

asus sabertooth 1366 socet
32g ram 2300
1200 psu
ded sound card
3 ssd
2 hdd for back up
best i7 1366
new keyboard why not got 8000
and mouse
plus if you dont have a 2560x1600 get one
