Guys need to upgrade this parts. What is the best i can get out of my $360-400? If possible i would like to go for i3 or i5 and less features as possible for the mobo. The purpose is fo gaming

You can't really get an i5 for that price.

1368x768. AC3, Skyrim, SC2, Sleeping dogs and etc. 550W Powerlogic, AMD athlon x2 250, biostar n68s3b, hd5450. Sorry for the super delayed reply
