MSI vs Gigabyte, PSU

Hi, I want to build my new pc (I have the CPU 3770k and 8Gb RAM Corsair), I have 3 questions.

1-I have read very bad reviews about Gigabyte UDH5 (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2276153&csid=_61)
so What do you think about it?

2-What about MSI
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3906323&CatId=6976
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3186285&CatId=6976
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2332608&CatId=6976

3- Do I need a special PSU for those MB? Cause I saw an 8 pin socket instead of the 4 pin socket of my G31(775)

Thanks in advance

More about gigabyte
  1. Can you list the items that you chose/have already
and your budget for this build as well as purpose
  2. I have a WD HDD 1Tb, Cooler Master HAF 932, i7 3770k, Cooler Master 212 evo, 8Gb DDR3 1600 Corsair, COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-550-PCAR-E3 550W.
    thank you
  3. my budget is about $230 for the MB
  4. Do not get a Coolermaster PSU. They are super crappy and will likely fail and take out the rest of your components. Get something from Antec, Corsair, XFX, Seasonic.

$230 is a TON for a motherboard. Get something for around $140 like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128543
    or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

What video card have you chosen?
