New Build beeps 3 times, won't show display, RAM problems

Hey guys, I finished my new build and assembled it, the problem is, that whenever I turn it on (despite plugging in my DVI cable), my monitor has no signal and the computer continues beeping 3 at a time. My RAM is 1600 but my mobo only supports 1600(OC) so I think that might be the problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
