Hey KK... From memory so could be wrong:

Left trigger - grenade.
Right trigger - primary fire.
Left stick - move.
Right stick - look.
Y - switch weapon.
X - reload / use / pick up.
B - melee attack.
A - jump.
Left stick in - duck.
Right stick in - zoom.
Black - toggle grenade type.
White - flash light.
