Quite a mess...

Hi all,
i'm in a bad situation.
I need to find a graphic card that can enable a pc to be viewed throught a TV.
The pc is a Mini ITX form factor, so i do onl have an integrated video card and a mini pci express 1x expansion slot available.

Problem is, i need a video card with component or rgb or s-video out, in order to use a component/rgb to scart adapter.

The pc is going to be some sort of decoder, i'll use a DVB tuner to watch tv, but my tv has only a scart available...
