My 7970HD showing random pixels in Assassin's Creed 3

First of all my System configuration is as follows:

Intel i5 3570K
ATI/AMD 7970HD Asus Direct CII Double Fan Graphics Card
8GB DDR III RipJaws G Skill RAM
P8Z77 ASUS Mobo

I have been playing the game (Assassin's Creed 3) on my 22" LED (1980 X 1080) & its working awesome at all high or ultra high (whichever there).
But when I connected the system to my 32" LED FULL 3D Samsung TV it was showing me a lot of random pixels and also lots of lines and outlines of characters. I don't understand why when I have such a powerful system.
(note: I used HDMI-DVI cable to connect to my TV(HDMI Port).

So the monitor is working, but the tv is not? What type of connection did you use on the monitor? I have a feeling there is something wrong with that adapter.

As I said I am using HDMI Cable. On one side I connect the HDMI plug directly to TV and on other side I use DVI-HDMI adapter to connect to PC.
