Just checked that my ISP provides me with two Static IP's, called them and they confirmed its running, however the modem that they gave me only has one ethernet port, to which my Linksys E3000 is connected. I am trying to set up this new IP and dedicate it to my new WHS 2011 machine, so I can remote manage it. It having a static IP of its own isn't much of a problem, but I would like to know how to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

No way to do what you want, you need to have a dual-WAN port router if you want the router itself to have two IPs. Although static IPs should be used for a computer, not a router, which is why you have two of them. You can use one static on the router, although not sure if that will work unless the ISP also has that configured on their system, and use another one for a computer.
