My graphic card stopped working alot (7690m xt)

i have some serious problem with my graphic card amd radeon 7690m xt
i know that this card is 6770 with larger clock from 800hz to 900hz
my lab is hp i7 8gb ram
i downloaded the driver of amd card from hp support
but the card kept crashing with a message display amd driver stopped ........ etc
some th lab stoppes until i restart it
i downloaded catalyst v12.10 from amd support site
but it kept stopped too
i notice that the card stoppes when i exploring with and explorer ( internet explorer , firefox, chrome ) and stoppes too when i watching amovie with any program ( media player , real player )
when iam playing any game like fifa 13 or the cursed crusade it won't stop and it work good

How old is this laptop ? Have you tried blowing the dust out? Tried a laptop cooler for this might help if it is a heat issue. Also try using the overclocking program to underclock and see if this stops any of the driver issues. Also have you looked at the windows device logs it might have more info for you.

yes i tried blowing dust out nothing change

i dont think its a heat issue

can u give me a name of overlocking program

how can i reach to windows device logs ??

AMD Overdrive for the overclocking and for logs right click on my computer go down to manage and look for logs in there.
