Replacement or repair

Hello,

my sons GFX card has gone wrong and the company have said they have to send it back to the manufactuer as they dont stock it now
to get it repaired or replaced - it is only 9 mths old can i insist in it being replaced?

You can't just ask for a new GPU. If the Company can't fix it, then you get a new GPU that is how it goes.
