I am planning to buy a new PC., but I am not sure which graphics card to choose, so I would like to ask your opinion.

Comparison

GV-N66TWF3-3GD is not yet available in my country although it looks promising. I do not know if I should wait for it. Would +1 GB of VRAM make any difference?

Note: I'd like to stick with Gigabyte as I had that in my previous system and I had no problem with it.

This is what my current build-plan looks like.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i7-2700K
Memory: Kingston 8192MB HyperX Beast DDR3 1600MHz CL9 KIT
VGA: Gigabyte GV-N66TOC-3GD GTX660Ti 3GB GDDR5 (?)
HDD: Western Digital 1000 GB Caviar Blue 7200rpm 64MB SATA3
PSU: Chieftec CFT-650-14CS 650W
CASE: Aerocool VS-3

yeah, maybe not now since most games (if not all of them) dont even need the 2gb, but for future games the extra 1gb will come in handy. n.n

The only reason you would need more than 2gb of ram for that card would be if you are running at a 2560x1600 res or multi-monitor AND had them SLI'd. If you do not plan to do that 2gb is more than enough. You will not hit the 2gb ram usage on a 1080p monitor(The settings required to achieve 2gb+ vram would be to much for the card to handle anyway hints the reason why you would only need over 2gb if you planned to SLI).
