Hi guys. I'm new here and I'm kinda confused with AMD vs Intel. Nvidia vs AMD Radeon. I wanna play BF3 with my friends but I have a limited budget. I currently have a laptop (Acer Aspire 4755G) i7-2670QM, 4GB RAM and 2 GB gt540m. but average fps is about 30fps(low settings).

Approximate Purchase Date:First Week of February
Budget Range:500$ - 600$
System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming,Programming,Photo Editing,Video Editing
Parts Not Required:I need all parts in a set.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts:If possible, please suggest shops here in my place(Philippines)
Country: Philippines
Additional Comments:All peripherals included in the budget.

P.S. In my place there is a 13,000 Php (approx. 317$). The specs are:
CPU: i3-3220
RAM: 4GB DDR3 RAM
MOBO: not sure about this but it's compatible with those cpu and ram
Optical Drive included
500GB Hard Drive
With A4TECH Keyboard and Mouse
600W Power Supply
Casing(don't know which one.)

how about video card and monitor? what can you suggest? is a 15.6" monitor good enough for playing? and a 15.6" monitor will save me money for video card because of it's lower resolution..
