The better of the two? [Solved]

Hello I am assembling a computer and have found two graphics card I am looking at.

I am wondering which one would let me game better? I am on a limited budget but suggestions are appreciated. The price range is about 50. I am leaning towards the 1st one but am not entirely sure. Thank you for the help.

Note: Not looking to overclock or looking for anything amazing. Just something cost effective.
