I currently have a gtx 460 768 mb card and would like to upgrade to either a gtx 660 ti or a hd 7950. I only have around $300 and would like to keep using my 520w psu. I've been hearing that the HD 7950 is more powerful especially after the new drivers and at the same price as the gtx, but the gtx 660 ti only needs a 450w psu. Can I use the 7950 for my current psu or should I just not bother and get a gtx 660 ti?
My Specs are
Asrock z77 Extreme4
8 gb of ram
i5 3570k with stock cooler
one pci wifi card
520w psu
galaxy gtx 460 768 mb

The GTX 660Ti has a lower power drawl. As long as you have a good PSU you should be fine. That is however a tad on the small side do not try and overclock anything.

I completely agree with PizzaShy +1 for him XD, anyway the 7950 is much more powerful then the Gtx 660ti and your 520w should be enough to power the 7950 as long you don't overclock.

Yea, either get a bigger psu if you wanna OC. Both cards consume about the same actually.

Well, i guess crysis 2 doesn't exactly reflect everything, but it gives you a genearl idea.
