Hello,
I have a new EVGA GTX 660 SC (02G-P4-2662-KR). I have been having issues with my video card/drivers. When I am playing Assassin's Creed 3, my video drivers fail. I play the game fine for a couple hours and then all of a sudden I get a bunch of odd screen glitches with weird colors all over the place and then my display drivers stop working and say that they recovered and my games stops responding as a result. When I try playing again after it crashes, it does it within 10-20 seconds of playing, even in other games. If I wait a few hours, I can play again normally only to have it happen later (1-7 hours). Temps are fine, the hottest my video card gets is 72C but usually ~68C.
I have tried the latest beta drivers as well as the current stable driver. Used driver sweep and CC Cleaner for the drivers.
