Best $1200 gaming rig

Hello everyone, im looking for a total new $1200 (€900) gaming rig,
i live in holland and i play these games: CoD4 Promod, BO2, Battlefield 3 and planetside 2
please suggest builds without an OS, monitor and others.
Not anymore then $1200, less is also good. (minimum $1100)
