PC2700/333 vs PC2400/300

Which do you guys think would have better performance DDR PC2700/333mhz at CAS2.5 or DDR PC2400/300mhz at CAS 2????
Which would any of you guys buy for your Abit KR7A-Raid/XP1900+.
I can't really afford to buy each and do some benches on it so hopefully some of you can answer this for me. And are the DDR ram coolers alot of these online companys sell really worth it? Do you think the PC2700 really needs the cooling covers, I would think if the case is well ventilated the memory should be fine, but then again I haven't been able to personally see this PC2700 in action.

PC2700, definately. PC2400 isn't even a ratified standard, it's just PC2100 souped up for overclockers.

The Abit KR7a may not be able to handle a 166MHz (333MHz effective) bus however.

If I am not mistaken, AMD_MAN is refering to Iwill 333 DDR board .
