Guidance required

Sirs,

I have a Core 2 Duo Processor with 2 GB DDR RAM pc. Will it support the SAPPHIRE AMD/ATI HD 7750 GB GDDR5 graphics card? I was told it consumes 450 watts power and generates lot of heat.

Kindly advice me

it will be fine...
it consumes around 78W (idle) and 132W under load.
As for temps: 32°C idle and 57°C on load.

What that person meant was that you need at least a 450W power supply not that the card alone consumes 450W. AT least i hope he did, or he was high.
