Hello,
I've been getting lag, horrible lag. Not just one computer, every computer. Speedtest pings have been at a steady 400-ish. Occasionally, the Internet does work at normal speeds (Have tried rebooting the router, works for a bit, then lags to hell). What can I do? Here is a tracert.

have you talked to Verizon?

Try connecting the modem directly to a PC and see if you get the same results. This will rule out a faulty router. If you determine the router is the problem, buy a new one, otherwise contact verizon as the problem will either be on their end or with their modem.

If you are using a leased modem or modem/router combo, you will need to contact verizon.
