Get 8gb ram. You probably would be fine if you got a 750w psu. I would get a 7950 or 7870 if I were you.

I originally picked out a 750w PSU but got the 850w on sale for the same price. Is the Raiden better than the Nvidia? also thought about going with even more Ram for use as a Ram Disk.

In the case of the 660ti yes. The only nvidia card I would recommend right now by nvidia is the 660. The 7950 has performance more comparable to a 670, and is $50 cheaper, they also overclock better. About ram disk. While yes you could dedicate 8gb to ram. What are you going to store on that? Not many things take up less than 8gb ram anymore. I don't think it is worth it so you can put one average size game on.

I see what you mean with the Ram Disk, just really want this rig to last a few years without having to upgrade. I'll checkout the 7950 as well, thanks for the info.
