Need help for a new build

Hello guys. im planning to make a new build for myself, im on a budget atm so only got 400$ left and i would like to get a new mobo/proccesor/PSU with that since i got a vid card ( hd 7950 ), 1 HDD 1tb, a SSD 256gb, 4x4gb @ 2133 mhz ddr3 ram and a case ( Sama S1) so i wanna ask u guys whats the best i could get with that? if u guys could help me to choose, i would be getting them from amazon.com only cuz im limited from my country and really cant buy from anywhere else. id like to get an i5-3570k but again i got no idea wich mobo/psu to choose or if its even possible to get mobo/proc/psu with such low $$$ :/

sounds good, but i cant really get anything from newegg just from amazon :/ as far as i know u cant buy stuff by credit card on newegg if ur from latin-america sadly.. i been looking on amazon for quite a while and i came out with some buiild

would it be enought? im going to use my system just for gaming nothing else, maybe oc a little or well no if the psu cant handle it, oh also forgot to mention i got a blue ray burner too.

that PSU will be cutting it very very close . . . a 500 to 550 bronze rated will work.
