Graphics card decision

I am building a custom computer and I need help choosing a GPU. I will be buying a little after christmas, so I understand if this is too far in the future to make a good decision. My price range is under $400, preferably low. I make short films (full HD) with after effects and Final Cut Pro on Mac. (my custom computer will be windows, so recommendations on video editing software would be great) I will have two 23 inch screens, and I do all sorts of other things like 3D work (not much, but a little), MineCraft (no other games), and watching highly compressed videos. (Netflix)

For the kind of thing you do a 660 ti will do just fine, no need to spend more than that.
I'd go with the most quiet card possible and that runs cooler like this one :
