Skyrim wont play

Hello, I recently had issues with my laptop crashing on me so i went through removed alot of extra programs from my harddrive. but now my skyrim game will not play past the screan that shows: play, options, data files, tech support or exit. once i click on play it simply exits the game.

Update the drivers and re-install the game.

If u can play before, there shouldn't be any problem after doing so.

try a system restore

I agree, the first thing is try a System Restore.

However, what concerns me is that your system was crashing. I see no indication of you having FIXED the problem other than freeing up some space on the hard drive.

Do you have Skyrim installed on STEAM?
