Best 2.0 express x16 for crossfire use

So i was wondering what i should get so i can run 2 graphics card the problem is i only have one 3.0 express x16 and one 2.0 express x16, so should i handle this by getting two 3.0s and running one at 2.0 or should i just get two 2.0

that should cover it but yeah i just plan on using the integrated graphics for a while so yeah i dont have any card in mind at all
