I currently have this motherboard from newegg that i bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and i was wondering if i can put a pci 3.0x16 card into the pci 2.0x16 slot because the card that i want is 3.0. will it work if i put it in the 2.0 slot? here is the graphics card.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and is this a good card to start out with?

Not a bad card for it's price, as for the pcie 3.0, all pcie 3.0 cards are 100% compatible with pcie 2.0 slots, with no loss of performance.
Just remember that you need a decent psu with 400w.
