Hello, few steps to take...

Firstly, phone Tiny back and tell them they don't know what they're talking
about! Tell them you want it fixed or else you want a full refund and from
a senior director a full apology! That'll stir things up there!

Secondly, how exactly does it crash? Does the application simply exit? Or
does the machine itself lockup?

If the former first thing I'd try would be re-installing the drivers - make
sure to uninstall any existing drivers first reboot and then re-run the
setup, cancel any automatic driver installations Windows attempts to do.
Check in the event log (control panel / admin tools) to see if the
application left any errors behind. Close any other running applications in
the background.

If it's just locking up, I'd put my money on possible heat or PSU problems,
or faulty hardware.
