  1. Only get 8gb of RAM

Get a psu from Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic. 500-600 watts will be plenty.

Get a WAY cheaper case. ($50-$80)

Get a 7870 or 7950 with the saved money.
  2. Would a CoolerMaster HAF 912 work well, and would I need to buy extra fans?
    Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
    PSU: Corsair Builder Master 600W

And what would you recommend, a 7950 or a GeForce GTX 670, and why?

  3. The coolermaster HAF 912 is a great case.

The corsair cx600 is a good PSU. I have one myself.

I would get the 7950 because I prefer AMD. They are comparable cards and you will be very happy with either one.
  4. Thanks, oh and if I was going to overclock my CPU, would a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO work well for the extra cooling?
  5. Its a great cooler. it will perform very well.
  6. Thanks for all your help, so something like this would work well?
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK Intel Z77
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad Core
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB
    PCU: Corsair Builder Master 600W
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB DDR3) 1600Mhz
    SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB
HHD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB, 64MB Cache
    Optical Drive: Asus DRW
    Case: CoolerMaster HAF 912

And everything will fit in the smaller case well right?
  7. Make sure the RAM is low profile

    Everything will fit without issue.
  8. It is thanks. Again, thanks for all of your help, back to my linear algebra proofs...
  9. I hate that crap. lol. And no problem. Glad to be able to help!
