Hello,
i recently went to use task manager on my computer, im unable to use it, even after choosing ctrl+delete, wen i right click on a program i had the option to view procceses with task manager, well it decided to tell me task manager was dissabled by the administrator, i am the admin, i never blocked it!

Try ctrl + shift + esc

that will take you straight to task manager. If your issue still persists, then twelve25 is probably correct about a virus.
