Budget Gaming PC <400$

Hello,
Im a novice gamer.I would like to buy a complete Prebuilt PC under 400$.I am from south of India.Purpose - games like assassins creed revelations,dungeon siege III .Medium games should run properly.No preferences.Any suggestions are welcome.And my fear is if i build my own i might screw it.

You can build one, but you will be limited with what you have. 500-750 is considered a "budget" rig.
