Replacement for mobility radeon 4100

Can someone help me find a replacement graphics card thats better the radeon 4100. I own a laptop that a couple years old and I was wondering if I can replace it for a new one.

My laptop specs are: Satellite L500d, 4gb ram, 32 bit os (It's 64 bit compatible), dual AMD Turion Mobile M520 and directX 10.

You'll need to upgrade to a new laptop unfortunately. Laptops - unlike desktops - aren't built for upgradability down the road but rather to fit anyway they can into the case. As such most parts are build into the mobo and no separate entities.
