Display Driver / GPU Crash

Computer Build:

AMD FX-8150 3.6GHz 8-core processor
16 GB (2x 8GB) G.SKILL RIPJAW X RAM (DDR3, 1600)
AsRock AMD 970-chipset Motherboard
nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti (1GB) GPU
Western Digital 500GB 7500 RPM 3.5" HDD
RAIDMAX Chassis, 3 fans (two 80mm, one 120mm)
1 CPU fan, 2 PSU fans, 1 GPU fan
575w off-brand PSU

Problem:

I built this machine on Monday. All day Tuesday it worked fantastically. Today, I was playing Titan Quest (for some reason, despite this being an older game, it was causing lag). My PC's display driver crashed while I was playing, the monitor went black and the GPU stopped, but I could still talk to people on my Skype call. After this, it has begun to crash constantly and consistently, regardless of what I'm doing. I even took out the 550 Ti and put in an old, but working, 9800 GTS (1GB) and it's still crashing, though not as often. This has ruled out the GPU itself being at fault. I am going to guess it's my PSU being too low of wattage, but I want to be certain. If it -is- the PSU, what wattage should I have for this build?

It's not so much the wattage, but the build quality that matters with a psu. If you are going to buy a new one look at a 620W from Seasonic. Since you say offbrand psu I would start replacing that.

Titan quest is an old game. You should get torchlight 2 instead.

When you install the game it installs the directx binaries required.

Heyy, Titan Quest is an oldie but goodie, and considering you could get it for 6 bucks along with tons of other games in the humble bundle, why not!
