Is my PSU good enough?

I am building a PC and these are the components on the way:

MB: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
RAM: Patriot Viper 1600mhz 8GB (4GBx2)
GPU: Asus HD6850
HD: 250gb Seagate Barracuda & 500gb Seagate Barracuda
CASE: Rosewill Challenger
PSU: Corsair CX500 500w

The system has three case fans and stock CPU cooler.

I would like to know if the Corsair CX500 is good enough for this setup. I was pretty sure it would be fine but now am having second thoughts.

Yes, the psu is enough for that setup.
Although, why you're going with a z68 mobo ? there's better and recent z77 mobos out there, also what's your cpu ?
Another note, the 650 ti is better than the 6850 and it's at the same price, or a 7850 for just a bit more.

How did i forget the CPU? It's a 2500k. Also, i got my 6850 for only $100.

Why not get the i5-3570k + z77 mobo ?
The i5-3570k is better, and the z77 mobos have more features.

Tight budget, the price difference is pretty significant.
