You should get the windows home premium 64 bits it's cheaper, i don't think you'll need the pro version.
The antec vp-450 is a good budget psu for that system, i rather prefer an antec over cooler master.
Also there's the pentium G860 for about the same price as the G850, if it's not cheaper.

Well actually its just a basic gaming computer. I want to be able to play some games like Rome 2 Total War ect. I wanted to buy basic parts then possibly upgrade my processor later to handle some more graphic heavy games. For that graphic card would I need some sort of VGA to HDMI converter? Or would a simple HDMI cord work? (I want to hook this up to my 40 inch tv instead of buying a new monitor).
