More about graphic card slot
  1. Yes, it will work. PCI-Express are backward compatible. Just that it will run on PCI-E 2.0 speed but it already have enough bandwidth so, don't worry about the bottleneck issue from the slot.

Just to be clear, u r refering to PCI-E and not the old PCI isn't it coz Radeon HD 7850 only come in PCI-E flavour and not PCI.

If u r not sure what type of PCI u have, post your motherboard make and model so that ppl can check for u.
  2. hd 7850 is PCI-e 3.0 not PCI
Check your mobo specs again to see if it has a PCI-e slot.
All PCI-e cards are backward compatible meaning even a PCI-e 3.0 card will work even in a PCI-e 1.0 slot- although with reduced performance(depending on the card)

That motherboard have PCI-E x16 ver 2.0 slot , so, HD 7850 will work but u have to make sure 2 things before u upgrade.

    1) Open up and check whether ur PSU really is 600W
    2) Make sure u have 2xPCI-E 6pin connectors
