Need help on a GPU

I was just about to buy the Sapphire Vapor X 7950 for $330 till I seen the Asus DC2 7950 V2 for $340. There isnt any reviews for the Asus one so that makes the decision even harder. Does anyone know anything about the new Asus card or even has one?

Sapphire Vapor X 7950 hands down. got great technology.

Vapor Chamber Technology is based on the same principles as heatpipe technology. A liquid coolant is vaporised at a hot surface, the resulting vapor is condensed at a cold surface then the liquid is returned to the hot surface. The recirculation process is controlled by a wick system...

    quite good dude.

ive owned vapor-x and it pwns.
  2. Get the sapphire, it has a good cooling system, with vapor chamber technology and it's just a two slot card, also it's cheaper, with boosted clocks.
  3. yes, thanks dj, but i got this covered.
  4. lol, when i was to write the suggestion there was no comments, sometimes it happens to have duplicate comments.
  5. i would recommend Sapphire's HD 7950 Vapor-X comes with a large dual-fan cooler that uses the company's famous vapor-chamber technology. On the Vapor-X you will also find a "Lethal Boost" button which switches to a second BIOS with higher clock speeds. With this BIOS, clocks are increased to 950 MHz GPU and 1250 MHz memory.
  6. ya no prob dude, u got good advice dj :) cheers. happens to me also.
  7. Would it be worth getting a 7970 over a 7950 for an extra $40 after rebate? That 7970 is actually cheaper than a EVGA GTX 670 FTW! I need something thats gonna last at least 3-5 years max.

    Sapphire Dual X 7970
  8. wont make much of a differance. overclocked the 7950 hits 7970 levels easy :)
