Mini-ITX build for image rendering - Recommend parts!!

I've been toying with an idea of building a secondary computer. It will be used almost only for image rendering with Adobe Lightroom Please recommend parts for me. ( CPU, Motherboard, Case & PSU, )
I already have RAM and other stuff. I was thinking of i5-3570k for CPU....???

- It will be mildly OC'ed
- It MUST be Mini-ITX
- Any point waiting for HASWELL?? Is Adobe Lightroom going to be able to utilize HASWELL's integrated graphics' computing power for 2D calculations???
