GAMING DESKTOP $500-$600 budget

Ok so i want to make a desktop for the first time with a friend and we want to make a cheap one. a gaming desktop which can hold DOTA2 and atleast a medium detailed World of Warcraft. can anyone suggest anything for parts? we are new to this and for the first build, we would just want to follow a list. thanks in advance
