Basic 3 monitor card, non gaming, $200 budget

Looking to drive 3 monitors in a budget-conscious non-gaming system.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: next 30 days

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: software development, basic productivity apps

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Nvidia GeForce 6200 Turbo, 350W ANTEC power supply (I don't mind upgrading the PSU if necessary)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 has 2 PCIe 2.0 x16 slots, AMD Phenom II x4 955, 4GB

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com but any others are fine

PARTS PREFERENCES: none

OVERCLOCKING: No
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: don't care

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 3 x 1600x1200 for now, maybe 3 x 1920x1200 later

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: would much prefer passive cooling (I'm somewhat sensitive to computer noise)

Don't particularly care if it is 1 or 2 cards. Prefer price and stability over performance.

Thanks for any help!

Edit: Forgot to mention this motherboard supports CrossFireX
