Best Sub-$100 Video Card?

My system specs are as follows:

AMD A6-3650 @ 3GHz
ThermalTake 450W PSU with 19A on the +12V
Gigabyte GA-A75M-S2V
Patriot 2x4GB DDR3 1333MHz
Seagate Barracuda 5900RPM

This is obviously a budget build. I need a new video card though, and cannot afford to go over $100.

I've been looking around and apparently the 650 edges the 7750, which are the top two cards in my price range.

Here is the Newegg comparison page of the three candidates I have narrowed it down to:

Now, I've always heard that EVGA is THE brand for nVIDIA chips, but the Galaxy offers a 52MHz core clock increase, and the MSI offers a 13MHz core clock increase.

What should I go for? And will it make a noticeable impact? Should I just get a 6670 and put it in Dual Graphics mode?
