Yes, though I don't believe I've ever heard of the brand Vertex for GPUs.

i've rechecked this build , and replaced vertex with sapphire.
vertex is a company from china. target market east eu and others where price is important. they have really cheap gpu's (and fairy good) but also have problems with overheating. for future readers - i dont recommend them

What's your budget and what store are you buying from? Newegg has an official Chinese distribution site if you want to use that.
