Looks good except the RAM. Your cpu has a dual chanel memory controller so that is what you should get. Look for 2x4GB RAM @ DDR3 1600 1.5V. I can't read that site otherwise I would pick one out for you. The psu isn't great, but it will work.

I have Corsair Vengance LP 2x4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz 9-9-9-24. For a psu stick with brands like Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, PCP&C, and Antec. The one you picked is probably fine.
