Did you get that at Fry's? Off hand I'm guessing Apevia or Xion.

Nope, bought it about 7 years ago at Canada Computers. Trying to find the manufacturer so I can get a layout for the front audio panel hookup, it's all single connectors.

That looks like a "Elements" case that Avus used to sell. They went under years ago.
