Dell Dimension 9200 motherboard

i have a Dell Dimension 9200 Motherboard and i was thinking about upgrading my cpu and graphics card but i am not sure which ones are compatible or would it just be better to get a new motherboard?

This system is pretty old and I would recommend building a new one.

The new GPU would require a new power supply and the GPU socket is only a PCIe x16 1.0 slot which will bottleneck any modern card pretty bad.

That would depend on the gpu and condition of the psu, and the socket is 1.1a
